Terms and Conditions

Sourcing Terms and Conditions:

Customers can begin the process by getting in touch via our phone number or by filling out our contact form, sharing details such as Name, Contact Number, Email Address, and Postcode.

We will then arrange a consultation and gather information/requirements for their vehicle. Discussions could include part exchange, payment type, location, and delivery.

We will search for a suitable vehicle(s) and send these over to the customer, providing updates until we find an example the customer agrees with.

Once a vehicle has been found and verbally agreed upon by the customer, a purchase agreement will be sent over to be signed, confirming the intent to purchase. The agreed deposit amount must be paid, with the remainder due on the handover day, for which a date will be confirmed at this point. From this point, we will source and prepare the vehicle for handover, ensuring all checks are complete and the vehicle is as described (age, HPI status, mileage, service history, and wear and tear taken into consideration). We will follow a rigorous process, working with our suppliers and carrying out mechanical checks, road tests, and HPI checks to ensure the vehicle meets our standards.

Once the purchase agreement is signed, customers may be charged a fee if they cancel beyond this point due to preference or personal circumstances. This is due to the time and resources we invest in completing the deal, taking possession of the vehicle, and performing extensive checks.

If there are any changes to the agreed deal or vehicle chosen, we will update the customer at each step. In the unlikely event the vehicle isn’t as described or is no longer available, we will update the customer and suggest suitable substitutes, continuing the search until a satisfactory vehicle is found.

Handover and Delivery:

We will contact the customer to confirm a handover and delivery date. We aim to adhere to this date; however, due to unforeseen circumstances or if additional preparation is needed for the vehicle, please allow a 10-day leeway.

On the handover day, we will take the remainder of the payment and transfer the V5 document into the customer’s name, making them the registered keeper. The DVLA will then send a new V5 document within 2 weeks.

Delivery is free within 50 miles of Birmingham; any distance beyond this will be charged at £1.00 per mile.

We aim to deliver during suitable hours between 8 AM - 8 PM, as discussed and agreed upon when arranging delivery. We may also occasionally deliver on weekends.

Pre-sale Mechanical Checks and Preparation:

As part of the sourcing process, we carry out checks on the vehicle, ensuring it meets our standards, considering age, mileage, and HPI status.

We will check the MOT history as well as the National Mileage Register to ensure, to our knowledge, the mileage is genuine.

A full HPI report will be available to the customer before handover.

We will carry out a full mechanical assessment consisting of a 45-point check, as well as road testing all vehicles. Any significant faults found will be rectified before handover. We ensure all vehicles are of a high standard, considering age and mileage.

We will ensure every vehicle has been serviced within 12 months or 8,000 miles before handover. If not, we will carry out a service on the vehicle free of charge.

All vehicles will be prepared to a high standard; however, items deteriorated due to wear and tear are to be expected in relation to age and mileage.

Any major imperfections will be shared with the customer before handover. We take into consideration age, mileage, and vehicle value when assessing overall condition and will be as transparent as possible.

Warranty:

All vehicles will come with a one-month warranty for non-serviceable repairs. Serviceable items will not be covered under this warranty. This warranty excludes cars over 15 years old from the registration date or vehicles with over 100,000 miles. Category-damage-repaired cars aren’t covered.

Extended warranties with external providers are also available at an additional cost.

Payment Terms:

Once a vehicle has been found and liked by the customer, payment of the deposit is recommended as soon as possible to prevent the vehicle from becoming unavailable.

The deposit amount will be agreed upon and stated in the sourcing agreement. The deposit will be based on the vehicle’s value, with a minimum deposit of £250.

The remaining balance must be paid before or on the handover day. If payment isn’t made, the contract will be terminated, and the vehicle will not be handed over.

For cash purchases, payment can be made via bank transfer or cash (up to £5,000).

Financing Assistance:

Please note we are neither a lender nor a credit broker. However, we can refer you to our broker to create a finance quote if you wish to finance a vehicle we have available. All finance will depend on credit score and overall eligibility. APR rates start at 8.9%.

Through our broker, we can offer Hire Purchase (HP), Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), and leasing deals.

The process begins by collecting details to share with the broker, such as name, date of birth, address, employment status, salary, and time at address. We will forward this information to the broker, who will approach lenders for finance quotes. Before proceeding, we will confirm whether you would like to conduct a soft search, which will not impact your credit score. This soft search is conducted by a third-party broker, not by us. If lenders provide quotes you are happy with, we will confirm whether you wish to proceed with the finance directly through the lender. The broker will then finalize the finance application, and the lender will contact you for confirmation.

Please note, once the finance is complete, the loan is between you and the lender directly (e.g., Santander Financial Services). We simply source the car and help arrange the finance.

Before taking out car finance, please read and understand the agreement with the lender. Consider the following:

  • Repayment obligations

  • Interest and fees

  • Cancellation or early settlement

  • Vehicle ownership

Any missed payments during the finance term may affect your credit report or result in repossession of the vehicle. This matter is between you and the lender.

Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding finance. We do not take any commission from the lender, allowing us to offer competitive rates.

Part Exchange:

We accept part exchanges, which should be discussed during the consultation.

We will provide an estimated valuation for the part-exchange vehicle at trade value based on the information provided by the customer. Please note this is an approximate value only. If discrepancies are found when inspecting the vehicle—such as differences in age, mileage, specification, condition, HPI status, accessories, or documentation completeness—we reserve the right to amend this valuation to reflect the actual condition of the vehicle.

We reserve the right to decline any vehicle for part exchange at our sole discretion.

Once a part exchange deal is agreed upon and confirmed, the amount will be deducted from the total sale price of your new vehicle.

Cancellation / Client Indemnity / Liability Disclaimer:

Once a deposit is paid, the customer enters into the sourcing agreement for us to secure the chosen vehicle. Cancellation due to personal circumstances may lead to charges deducted from part or all of the deposit amount, depending on the deposit size and how far we are in the process of securing the vehicle.

Clients are responsible for insuring and taxing their vehicle from the point of handover.

In most cases, we will deliver the service and quality as described. However, valid reasons for rejection include:

  • Incorrect HPI status (e.g., Cat S/N not mentioned, excluding non-insurance write-offs).

  • If major issues not classified as serviceable items arise before delivery, we reserve the right to rectify and repair them. The timeframe for repairs varies, but we aim to rectify issues as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks for repairs.
